Very good instructor. There is a lot taught here. I'll have to watch this course again.

I just started to watch the tutorial. My problem is that I understand the written English, but not very well the spoken English.
However, I like this tutorial and I'll make the best to learn Mac OS.

I find macProVideo to be very helpful as I can spend as much time as I need to thoroughly understand the tutorial and the Trainer is excellent. I am getting more from this than I did from the One to One training. When I came home from those sessions I found I still had questions because I didn't know anything about the operating system. You can't ask questions if you don't know what to ask. I can replay it as often as needed. A excellent investment for getting the most out of your mac.

After many years in the PC world, I just got my first Mac. I'm really glad I found your site and worked my way through almost all of Core Snow Leopard. There are so many features of the OS that I would have been oblivious to without Francesco's clear and interesting guidance.
When I started watching this, I wondered how absorbing a bunch of videos on an operating system could be. Well, VERY!

Once again you've hit the jackpot. Each tutorial I try is great. Though detailed, he calmly and simply takes one through the steps till the end of each segment. They flow from one to the other seamlessly. Makes learning enjoyable.Great Job!!
I have also purchased the Advanced. Can hardly wait to use it.

Ok - this is a fairly basic overview of Snow Leopard but I can honestly say that although I've been a Mac user since 2003 I did pick up quite a few handy tips.
That said, if you are an experienced Mac user you should probably dive right into the Advanced 0SX Tricks tutorial which has just been released. I have bought that one as well and I'm looking forward to learning from it.
Francesco is an excellent teacher with a friendly, involving approach. One small word of criticism - the audio clips quite a lot on this tutorial - other than that I've nothing but praise for this product.
Well done!

The tutorial was very well done. Francesco's descriptions were very methodical and clear, and the occasional repetition of the sequences is helpful. My only suggestion regarding future videos is it seemed that the audio portion was recorded a bit hot, and I detected digital clipping from time to time. Of course, that has little to do with the educational content, but it was slightly distracting at times.

Hello, my name is mario, I'm Peruvian sooooo, I will write in Spanish. Sorry.
Saludos
